Incredible museum about the baths and natural springs ...then there's more about the history of the town from 1750 to present . Silica formations and quartz crystals are part of this geologically incredible region . The waters of the springs come out at 74 and flow through the park. The diamond of this park are the roman baths that can be enjoyed in 30 min or 6o min appointments.Restrooms: Very clean and friendly

Second time going and it's still impressive, water outside was 74.3 and it felt like bath water. Tried the whirlpool spa this time and it was amazing, highly recommend going there they are so friendly and helpful and the spa is spotless. Going to go again next month and hopefully we can go once a month from now on.

It's a small park, but interesting! The Bath House prices are reasonable & made me wish we had some extra time to try it out! Several tidbits of info around the park on signs.Picnic area: No alcohol is allowed in the park.

Nice park, lots of history, free drinking water, and an interesting but dated museum that could use a refresh. Couldn't find any public restrooms. Dogs on leash are allowed in the park but not by the pool. Parking is an issue in this town. 5G is available on your cell phone but the parking meters are from the last century, accepting coins only.

Beautiful park with wildlife, a seasonal beach ⛱️, access to the lake for fishing ? and boating. There are paddleboats and canoes to rent. You can play tennis on the courts, basketball, there's an updated inclusive park, but the wheelchair swing has been broken, unfortunately, and needs fixed! The bathrooms were clean, besides spider webs, and had toilet paper in them. Cabins can be rented, but again, the spiders are for real here. ?

We stopped on our way home from Virginia. We got the 20 minutes soak, sauna, and shower package. OMG!!! so relaxing!! The water in the tub is very warm so we had some cold water. Your hair and skin feel so soft afterwards. Since it's only about a 3-31/2 hour drive from where we live we have an appointment in October to get a soak and a couples massage. We are also making an appointment in Nov for a soak and shower for when family from out of town come for the holiday so they can enjoy it also. Plus I think that we are going to give our grown children gift certificates as Christmas presents so they can enjoy also. So yes I definitely recommend, The Main Bath House at Berkeley Springs State Park

My partner and I went for our 2 year anniversary and the Roman baths were incredibly relaxing and great for skin and hair! Our massages were also amazing, and Chris and Kayla were incredibly professional and friendly. Everyone working there made us feel welcomed and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience!

Nice state park that offers spa services, a public swimming pool, and grounds for picnicking or other activities. There are also a few nice little shops adjacent to this park that I recommend visiting while you're in the area.

The history of the park was very interesting. It is possible to get the spring water for consumption. We did not get a chance to try out the natural spring to soak in, we had our dogs with us, but we will try it the next time we visit

This is nice and relaxing! There was a farmer's market and Art in the Park event occurring when we arrived, which made it a bit more interesting. There is also a little museum to check out that has some neat things and information about the area!

It is very, very small but a nice park. There are springs you can soak your feet in and a place to fill your bottles with the water to go. If you don't have a bottle the Roman Bathhouse sells them for a dollar. Also, George Washington s bathtub is here. He believed the waters had healing powers and visited frequently. There's a bunch of shops across the street and a vintage movie theater about a block away.

The water directly from the spring is not surprisingly warm; I believe it comes out in the low 70's, year round. Which, of course, is warmer than an average natural spring (I would assume). But you can so take a roman bath where the water is heated up. And the town itself has an interesting energy; holistic shops, vegetarian cafes, etc. A great way to spend a day or weekend.
