It was quick and easy but I think they should do away with the admin fees. That’s the only thing that stands between them and their competitors. Honestly if there were options in this town I probably would have gone with the company that charges the least amount. But other than that it was just fine. Customer service support was very knowledgeable and she did her job well and quickly.

Missy is always very friendly. I have rented a unit off of her twice now. My husband Rob and I always stop in just to see how she's doing and if we ever have a issue we always calls and she is always willing to help any way she can.
