Kind, courteous, helpful, attentive, informative, and great communication from the start! Their furniture is of the best quality, unlike the bigger box stores. No pressure to buy and we were impressed with their knowledge of the products they carry. The delivery drivers introduced themselves as soon as they got out of their truck. They were helpful with the placement of our furniture and rearranged it to my liking. We received a phone call soon after our delivery to make sure we were satisfied with everything. “We ordered our furniture thru Wilson furniture. It came in in a timely manner and was exactly as we ordered. My only complaint and why I don't give 5 stars, when the couch was delivered the driver completely smelled of cigarette smoke and made my brand new couch and house smell so bad.”
