Arrival for my shipment was Wednesday 7/26/23 spoke to a lady and she asked me if they could get a tractor and trailer to my house which they cannot so she told me that it wouldn’t be delivered until Thursday 7/27/23 because they didn’t have anything smaller than a tractor trailer to deliver my shipment well Thursday comes and I get another phone call saying that they don’t have a smaller truck available and it would definitely be delivered Friday the 28th because they need a truck with a lift well Friday comes and no word on shipment so I had to call and ask about what’s going on and they said that if they could get someone to help load and unload the truck it would be delivered if not I would have to wait until Monday the 31st I don’t understand how such a large logistics company doesn’t have the necessary trucks available to make deliveries on time

I've waited all day for them it is now 6:01 They gave me a time of 2 to 6 I even canceled a doctors appointment. They have not called me and you can't get a hold of customer service. Never again

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would! Where do I begin?…. Okay, my eta arrival for my shipment was Friday 7/2/21 so I tracked the shipment and it was indeed at the belle facility on Friday 7/2/21. I called and spoke to a lady who told me that it wouldn’t be delivered until Tuesday 7/6/21 which was understandable since it was a holiday weekend and such so I wasn’t at all upset with that. She also asked me if they could get a tractor and trailer to my house which they cannot so she said that wasn’t a problem and that she would make notes so they would be sure to load it on a flatbed to deliver it Tuesday and have it at my house late morning/early afternoon. Tuesday afternoon came and I received a phone call saying that the “flatbed was down” and asked if I could come pick up a 700 pound package from the facility. I told them I cannot, which is why I paid their company to deliver the package to my house. She then suggested that I possibly meet the tractor trailer driver somewhere else to accept delivery. Did I mention it weighs 700 pounds? She also made another suggestion which was worse than the first 2.. she suggested that I call the company I ordered the product from and work out another way to have it delivered. Really?!?!? Why should I have to do that or anything else for that matter? That’s their job! I paid XPO to deliver the package. So It’s now 1pm on Wednesday and I have yet to receive my shipment, or get a phone call from XPO. Now first of all you’re telling me that you are a logistics company and you only have one flatbed in southern WV? Secondly I’m no genius but if you’re flatbed is down and you are a logistics company my humble suggestion would be to rent a truck to deliver the package as promised, and that you were paid to deliver by the company I ordered from as well as ultimately myself, and thirdly and possibly most importantly someone over 18 has to be present to accept delivery. Do they expect people to take a week of work waiting for them to get their “stuff” together and finally make the delivery? I’ll be surprised at this point if I receive my shipment by Friday(which will be a week later than promised) This has been a horrible all around experience with XPO. It is my first and last time ever using this “logistics company”. I would suggest you find another way/company to handle your logistical needs.

were suppose to install a microwave. The company sent the wrong crew after waiting for 7 months to receive product from Sears. It was a replacement from Sears because the first microwave didn’t last 7 months and they would not give us our money back. Had to clear the day because they refuse to give less than an 8 hour window for delivery. The drivers were filthy with no shoe covers on their dirty shoes and then gave me the wrong phone number to their company so I could discuss it. Their phone system is on a loop so you can’t speak w a person.
