“They have come a long way since they first open. The clothes are more organized but you still have to spend a while searching for your size. They are not true to size. It's good they have fitting rooms. Quick to get checked out.”
“Big Lots is one of our favorite places to shop. Great selection of products and reduced prices. Plus numerous discounts with membership including veteran discount. We find bargains every time we go there.”

“I think most everyone have their own personal ideas about the Dollar Tree and the price increase. I will say that if it's any contribution, they have added a lot of new items.”
“I love MY Local Dollar General! The cashiers& other workers are courteous & helpful! There's a constant battle w the theives & sleeze for the workers to deal with! They handle each situation accordingly, to maintain a safe & welcoming store atmosphere!”
“This place carries name brand products that locals would normally have to go to Walmart to get and for the most part the store is clean and well organized. The only thing that needs improvement is the customer service. A lot of the employees are doing their jobs perfectly but there are a few that I’m sure the store has had complaints on before that have very poor customer service and attitude while providing this subpar service. It would be nice if the upper management would deal with said bad eggs because without those few I would give this store a 5 star rating.”
“The staff is always friendly. The store does need more employees, therefore, more hours as it seems that upper management must feel that my time is theirs to waste as often the registerr is not manned at all times. They expect them to be in the back stocking shelves and have to run back and forth doing 2 or three jobs at once. Why make people stand in line to hand you money?”
“Staff member Taina went above and beyond. I'm disabled and have to pull an oxygen tank around with me. Taina was very friendly and respectful. She helped me locate everything on my list, quickly and with a positive attitude saving me any extra walking and time searching on limited air supply.
The store was well stocked and we found every item on my list. Thank you, Taina! I appreciate you”

4817 Midland Dr, Charleston“Not crowded, everything in its place making it easy for me to get what I needed. I visited this store once or twice a week and I can't say anything negative however the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is bc of the rude dude that came to work there mid summer maybe? He went out of his way to let customers know he was way too busy to be bothered.... Don't remember his name but certainly remember his zero customer service skills!”
“The employees were great as usual. Warm and friendly and willing to talk to their customers even tho they were extremely busy changing things around for holidays and restocking shelves. I'd rather go to the Chesapeake Dollar General than any other.”
“I'm not going to say this store doesn't have it's flaws BUT, this is the ONLY family dollar I've been that doesn't have rude employees. Well, unless you're stealing, of course. The parking lot usually is trashed but it isn't their fault, there is ALWAYS someone asking for money or cigarettes. There is an abundance of bums and drug addicts, sadly. That is anywhere on the Westside. I definitely feel for the employees there. They even have to have security there. The ONLY negative thing I have to say about the store itself that they can control would be the prices. A lot of things doesn't have price tags.”
“Enjoy shopping at this store.Convenient to get on and off Route 60.Friendly staff. It is annoying to not be able to look or reach certain things, due to the area being blocked by carts/dollies and other storage things, where whomever is responsible for stocking the shelves has pulled an Elvis and left the building.Am appreciative of DG, because going to wal-marts are impractical to me...with their football field-soze parking lots, people riding around on the motorized carts that can't drive them, and to just get a gallon of milk, you have to walk through the warehouse-sized store.”
