I’ve had an issue for months with whoever delivers to Cranberry woods and I’ve reached out 5 times now and I guess the mail man still hasn’t learned his numbers or how to read so I don’t have to ask my neighbors for my mail

Never an operator manning the phone. Never anyone to answer. I did a click and shop and postal carrier picked it up and didn’t scan it. It’s now been 24 hrs and still no update. I’m so over this post office.

This post office is great for small business owners and people that have things to mail on Saturdays. It's open until 1 pm whereas all the other post offices around are either closed or close earlier.

Rampant Abuse from USPS Mail Carriers, Homophobia, neonazi beliefs, supremacy, and racism. Won't deliver mail to gay couples homes, saying it's unsafe for a straight white male to deliver. Holds mail indefinitely, won't allow pick up at USPS. Forces people to buy unnecessary mail boxes and po boxes and still won't deliver the mail. Talks bad about customers, lies, and steals money out of envelopes. This USPS office is a nightmare

(okay I'm editing this review because now I see all of the bad reviews on here, this place has to be the worst reviewed post office I've ever seen. They must have a manager who sides with all of the employees over all of these countless issues, they are worse than rude, they must want everyone wrong and chewed out over every situation no matter what!) Rude staff, they tried to embarrass me over a sign that said "enter here". All I did was turn around from where I filled out my paperwork. The lady behind the desk (name starts with J) decided she wanted to embarrass me even further, and decided she would help me last by seeing if someone else was in front of me, the people politely let me go because I was there first. She then told me to step aside, I wondered if I had to get back in line, she wanted to raise her voice to embarrass me even further. I later asked if I could have a few first names because I was going to leave a review, she insisted she didn't know anyone's name there. Over and over again I was treated poorly with rude comments over a simple mistake by people who obviously wanted to call someone out for little to nothing at all. I will make sure other people are not treated the same. There are plenty of other post offices to go to, don't waste your time here.

Went to mail a letter to Richmond Virginia on a Thursday return receipt requested paid $8 and change for that was told it should be there by Monday long story short had to send replacement check so my project could continue sent UPS it was there the next day checked my USPS tracking #and it still didn't know where my letter was and their investigation into the whereabouts of my letter hasn't even been responded to yet it was $32 to stop that first check on top of the $8 and all I got for my money was delayed a week frustration and over $40 in the hole!!!No longer a proponent of the USPS will never send anything important through them again and every person I asked about the letter was nice they couldn't do anything about but pass the buck AND IT WAS MY BUCKS!!!

The people are very nice I believe anyone who has a bad experience here went there with an attitude or were rude to the postal employees

They literally only have like 1 friendly employee, I dread having to go here as much as I do the DMV. Highly WOULD NOT recommend. If you hate your job so much than go find another one.
