Staff were very helpful and offered ideas and suggestions. Process was relatively painless. We've been US Cellular customers for 25 years and have no plans to leave.

Always excellent customer service. Staff are more than willing to help, as well as being very personable. Currently, the location is requesting anyone coming in to wear masks per COVID-19
