Piper in the salon was amazing. She was so attentive and precise, very professional and super sweet. I feel this was the best haircut I've had. Not to mention, it's the best my hair has felt in years. 10/10 recommend Piper for anyone lookong for a new stylist.

Vanessa at the Ulta salon is AMAZING! She is an expert at her job and also made me feel comfortable! She listened to what I wanted and made it happen! I won’t go anywhere else ♥️ I’ve been to her when I had to get a major cut and when I got extensions! Thank you, Vanessa!

PLEASE GIVE PIPER A RAISE!!! I have never been treated so well getting a haircut, my hair has never felt so soft!!! Whenever I went to SmartStyle in the past they always botched my hair and made it slanted, BUT PIPER IS THE BEST STYLIST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

Ok, I'm a girl and I love Ulta. The points I have is slightly embarrassing. So Ulta is one of my happy places. I was so happy to see one in Beckley. It was clean, the staff was friendly, they had what I needed.

Whitney at the salon gave me the worst hair cut of my life and the proceeded to “gaslight” me into believing it was an even haircut when it clearly wasn’t… it was so bad even ppl at school made fun of it and the hair stylist I went to that fixed my hair even said she didn’t want to admit she messed up my hair. The cut she did was so bad I had to cut off six inches of my hair to get it fixed and even than it took a whole year to have my hair back. Now she’s the main stylist… run away from this salon much better salons in beckley for half the price. Ulta even offered me a refund because it was so bad but I will never step foot in that place after Whitney attempted to intimidate me into getting my hair “fixed” (she had attempted to get it even three times at this point and each time it became more uneven… all I asked for was a blunt cut.) When I told her no she wasn’t touching my hair again she stormed off angrily… very unprofessional. She even had to get classes after my hair cut the salon told me to reassure me bc it was that bad…
