Ok, so this is kind of a mixed review. The people at L&S are always friendly and polite, they have a nice waiting area and restrooms, and I have no complaints about the work they do. BUT: if you go to their website, you will find that they have an AI who tries to help, but is very limited in what they can do, and if you try to use the automated scheduler, you can only schedule for an oil change or a tire rotation I think? Anything else you have to call and speak to a person. Which is fine, except, why go through those extra steps if you're going to end up calling anyway? Also, it has happened to me multiple times: I have an appointment scheduled. I get texts to confirm the appointment. I arrive at the service department, they look me up, and then they ask, what are you here for? That's concerning. Do they not make note of what the appointments are for? That could be an issue if they need parts to do a job. Or, do the individual service reps not have access to each other's notes? So, my car gets worked on, inspected, etc, and someone comes and tells me it's done, and, they always say, You don't have to do this today, but the next time you come in, you should think about getting X done. Ok.So, the next time I bring it in, they say, What are you here for? And I tell them, I'm here for X. And they look surprised and say, Are you sure you need that? A brief check. No, you're fine. BUT you should probably think about getting Y done next time you're here...So. A wasted trip. And I don't know whether my car actually needs something done, or they're just trying to get me to pay for additional servicing. You would think, either way, that they would be consistent about what they told me, because, as it is, I've gone to someone else to get tires, and I just canceled an appointment for brake maintenance, because, after being told the last 3 times I went, that I didn't need to have brake maintenance done but I would the next time I came in or I wouldn't pass my next inspection, they lost my appointment, and acted like this was the first time brake maintenance had ever been mentioned. Nice, polite people, but I'm tired of this conversation every time I go in, so I'm starting to look for other places to get work done, just to avoid this nonsense.

My husband and I were driving to Ohio from Yorktown, VA when we experienced car trouble near Beckley, WV on I-64 W. We contacted AAA, and they sent Glen's Towing to take my SUV to L & S Toyota for service. They did a quick evaluation and discovered the radiator had a hole in it. Oakley, the service advisor, said they would have a new radiator sent from another business and get it replaced. We were waiting in their comfortable waiting room when we were advised that the wrong radiator was sent. Since they couldn't get another radiator sent over before they closed, we had to decide if we would stay the night somewhere (no!) or try to get a rental car and continue our trip to Ohio. My husband called Enterprise Car Rental, and they gave him the confirmation number and took our credit card info to reserve it. Since we had no way to get there before they closed at 5 pm and it was pouring rain, the service manager, Kevin Trzicak, drove him to Enterprise, got there before 5 pm, but they were closed. Not happy. Kevin then called Oakley, and he arranged for another car rental, Hertz, to wait until Kevin drove my husband there to pick up a rental (very happy). Kevin even helped us unload our SUV and load up the rental, and we were soon on our way. We picked up our SUV on the way home and returned the rental. Kevin and Oakley saved our vacation. They were so professional, caring, helpful, and concerned about us and the repair of my SUV. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff for their repair work.

There wasn’t any pressure from Mike. Ronnie was absolutely amazing. He explained all the paperwork clearly. They were both kind, patient, and understanding. I felt like a friend, not a sale. They are true assets to L&S.

These guys were awesome. We came from a previous dealership that wasn’t very helpful. These guys knew our situation and helped us a ton. Got us a great deal Toyota makes you feel at home. They were awesome with my son with his needs they made him comfortable and worked around him that means a lot. A lot of places don’t understand Autism or special needs when a child is hyper from ADHD but they did. Highly recommend!!!!

Probably the best sales experience I have EVER had! From sales helping us to navigate the new interior to the finance explaining everything in fine detail…nothing was overlooked. And they were there late to get us into our new vehicle…not caring how long it took. You just don’t get this kind of service anymore! Thank you Mike Sheppard and Angela Morgan at L&S Toyota for all you did for us

John Williams is the one who assisted us in purchasing our 2021 Toyota Sienna. He was extremely helpful and did a great job with every request we had. From the moment we pulled on the lot until we drove off with our new vehicle everything was great. The entire staff made our time there amazing and we will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Called them up with a problem while visiting back home - they got me right in, diagnosed the issue, snd also gave the truck a good once over and recommended some additional preventative things as long as it was there - which I LOVED! (Hey, I'm an engineer, what can I say?) the whole thing was a very pleasant experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

It pays to deal with quality car dealers - even when you're out of state on vacation Recently my wife and I were heading home from a Marathon Day (the day before) of Rafting on the Gauley River when the "low tire pressure" indicator on the dashboard on our 2019 Highlander happened came on. Oh, no! We hadn't even gotten to Beckley - and we had a 10-11 hour drive straight through to Memphis. We had just had to buy a new tire the week before for a unrepairable nail puncture. We were able to go to the Toyota dealership in Beckley. When I went in, I met with Mike Jude, the New Car Sales Manager. After I explained our situation with the tire and our long trip to Memphis, he was quite understanding of our problem. Mike then took me to Erik in the Service Department. Both men were very courteous, professional and understanding about our problem - as well as our need to get back on the road promptly. Well, I am sending out a Big Shout Out to both Mike and Erik for the quality service we received. Even with other people in the Service Waiting room, Erik was able to check all 4 tires - he even remembered the pressure for each tire. He found no problems with any of the tires, and properly inflated all tires to the proper pressure. All of this great service was done with a smile - and at no cost. We were able to finish our trip with no further tire problems. If you live in the area, or are just passing through and have car problems, be sure to check our L&S Toyota. And, be sure to ask for Mike and/or Erik. They will treat you right - even if you didn't buy your car from them. Great service, guys! Much appreciated.
