“My brand new vehicle broke down while we were traveling from Ohio to South Carolina right by Beckley, WV. Got my AAA, and Jared arrived so quickly from Glen’s Towing. Bring it was a Sunday, dealership was closed and closest car rental was an hour away. Jared went above and beyond by taking us to the airport/rental car place and then dropped my vehicle off at the dealership. He could’ve just done his route that was scheduled for my vehicle, but didn’t want to see us abandoned on the side of the freeway. He was a pleasure to talk to on the ride and so very respectful. Thank you so much for all you did for us, now on to try and enjoy vacation! ?”
