Susan is very rude, she is a manager at tjmaxx and every time I tried to call asking for a specific piece of information she was gave very short answers in a bothered tone. She was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me before I could ask anymore questions. 0/10 do not recommend talking to Susan. They are supposed to keep tax information on employees for up to 4 years but they don’t WHICH IS ILLEGAL. I’ve been on a wild goose chase all day because of this woman and how unhelpful she is

I'm from Philadelphia area and visited here on a trip to West Virginia. Out of all the TJ maxx stores that I have shopped at, this is the nicest. They have a huge selection of toys and children's clothing. An array of homegoods. Beautiful clothing for adults. The staff was very friendly. I bought so much to take back home. Will definitely return to this one when I'm in the area!
