Very nice, got right in. The male that cut my son's hair didn't know what he was doing. He was really slow. After 30 minutes he asked if it was okay? I replied with no I am going to need it shorter. He then took the clippers out and just buzzed my son's hair off.... I really wanted to say something but didn't. I just paid the $26 Dollars which is absolutely outrageous for a kids cut. I have been kicking myself every since. I literally could have done it better at home myself. I just didn't want to embarrass him.

I want to start off by saying I know kids are harder to do and everything doesn't have to be perfect. I also am not posting to get anyone in trouble but I cannot justify the quality of the service and I can't honestly say im satisfied or happy with the result.
I took my 6 year old daughter to this location today as a walk in for a kids cut and bang trim. Nothing fancy no layers or intricate style. She wanted it cut to her shoulders straight across and straight across classic bangs.
The stylist stated he couldn't cut her hair that short if she needed it in a bun for dance class (ok could possibly be right there I'm not 100% sure) but nonetheless the cut he did is not even. It's multiple lengths. When he cut her bangs he stated he was going to give her curtain bangs (that's not what we asked for) and even after asking him to fix it he said it was supposed to be that way. They are also very uneven. Will attach photos.
It's just hair and it will grow back and it's still long enough it can be fixed and it wasn't expensive even with the tip we gave him to be nice about the whole thing we are only out $19 but I hope that in the future the stylist takes more time to execute the desired cut and has more patience to listen to what the client is asking for.

Very disappointed in this salon. Got there with plenty of time according to when the time online said that it was gonna close which was 8 o’clock at night only to be told. Oh no we close at six but keep the door open to finish up until seven. The gentleman that told us this Was kind of rude and dismissive to us.
