If you use rewards with alternte ID, then this gas station is not for you. The touch buttons on the gas pump does not work. Its gives a beep sound but does nothing. I clicked on rewards it did not work. On my upwards trip i filled 16 gallons, woth no rewards and lost tge filling count. I thought its a problem with the pump i chose. While on my return i went to the same gas station and tried the pumps. The reward button or help button did not work.

Wow just watched a drug deal in the front of the building. Guy with a cane, gave sold and gave it to guy & girl with colored hair. She even dropped it. May 23 9.35 am

Slow pumps, but everything else is great! They sell Dr. Pepper in a bottle and have Nehi Peach soda!

An uneventful fueling stop that had no issues. The station is conveniently located off the highway with easy access on and off. Smooth operation of the pump. My credit card was processed without a hitch. Some minor debris was in the area. A small convenient store and bbq joint named Dickey's BBQ PIT is attached. A solid 3 seems to best reflect my experience.

Gas station had about anything you needed but it was hardly sanitary and it wasn't very organized. However it has an interesting store attached to it.

This place is horrible . That attitude of the employee was super unprofessional and unfriendly. They closed the bathrooms an hour before they closed. Google says they are 24hrs but they are not . They do not have posted hours for the store @shell please fix this problemThanksA concerned patron

Great prices, great items, great service, great cleanliness!! Would recommend to everyone looking for a quick high quality stop of the exit! May look sketchy but really not!

I came in here couple times at this Shell in Beckley,WV.during my just recent move to the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina.The staff at this Shell gas station was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Cashier was a total grump, no mask on, and charged me more for a coffee refill than if I'd just bought a large coffee. No apology or explanation when I asked about it. Very sour disposition. Coffee was horrible and the location was difficult to access.
