Very friendly and helpful staff. Big variety of machines to choose from. Machines wiped down after each use. Clean bathrooms and the gym is kept clean.

The workers are nice. They do have a main cable machine that’s been out of order for the entire month I’ve been here. Don’t know what that’s about.

I love working out here, staff are friendly and fun, always willing to help me! The equipment is great and I always see them cleaning up the machines so I know they are clean! Only complain I’d have is a lack of free weights/ smith machines but that is a corporate issue and nothing to due with staff or location.

The staff is always super chill! They greet you by name and make you feel like you belong. Other members start to feel like family, making it a true home away from home.

I’ve been going to Planet Fitness in Beckley, WV for about a year, and I really like how easy everything is to use, how many options there are, how clean the equipment and space always is, and how friendly the staff is.

This is a pretty good place to work out, with many exercise options to choose from, whether it's cardio or strength training. They also have several different tanning options as well as massage chairs and lounges. It's usually pretty clean but lately, not so much.

Shower and changing room are dirty.There is just 1 changing room for 3 shower. .Trash for personal items is dirty too.Shower temperature and water pressure are good.

Friendly staff and for my experience in gyms it has a good atmosphere about it with other members being conscious or there surroundings and making sure to ask if you're still using a piece of equipment rather then slipping in and stealing it from you

Updated to 4 stars, will give 5 stars if they start giving out the grape candy and replace the cleaners with something more pleasant smelling(used to smell good, now it smells like harsh chemicals). And fix their hours so they're open 24hrs again. Covid took all that from us, but now that covids gone they should bring all that back.
