I’ve been taking my two little pups here for almost three years now. They are really good and I will keep going there for as long as they are in business.

I take 2 dogs at once,a Yorkie and snauzer, been going for 4 yrs app.I told them amy 2 yr has lymes and seizures but takes meds and fine, they were staying 4 hrs for there cuts, mind u Yorkie gets cut low eye brows easy cut 50.00,bc my snauzer can maybe have a seizure they chose to cage dry bc they said it may give him a seizure.About 6 mths ago took them in oh he ws lit madded so10.00 extra,so now it's 111.00 for them.there after I ws Making sure there ws nothing In him,now we're down to 100.00 again.i suggest they blow dry him bc I do with no problems, they did now my dogs only stay 2 hrs bc he done fine.i take them In this week as always slick shave beard and eyebrows,us combing him making sure no Matt's nothing, mind you their there only 2 hrs again meaning no cage dry,at checking out we're back to 110.00 when ask why ( he's a high maintance dog bc he has seizure) and when I try drying him He starts seizing! No he doesn't u yourself have dried him bc he was only there 2 hrs.and don't forget his seizure are controlled by meds and Our dogs are bathed dried in between your grooming) I know my dogs I had sergury so someone's picked them up and it became 110.00 again.look 10.00 I can eat but I hate to be lied to when it comes to my fur babys, they are my ESA"s and don't take it lightly when u need 10.00 and lie to me.I know my animals more than you ever will.you yourself after me giving permission had already 2 times dried him With a dryer and said he done good, and I know he does so don't change your story 2 cuts later. My dogs have a new groomer.Just saying be aware.
To your reply: your a 19 yr vet tech and know not to force air dry a dog with seizures but yet You done my several times,Huh...Says alot!! DONT WORRY ABOUT IT THEY WANT BE BACK..I was told b 4 that you did dry him and he done fine.I hate someone to lie to me is my point, why would I want you to force air dry my dog if he was gonna have seizures? DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO YOU? YOU MUST THINK I LIKE VET BILLS TO DO SO.PLEASE SPARE ME YOUR DETAILS NOW OF WHAT I WAS TOLX BEFORE.!!!!

It's sooooo hard to find a groomer who is willing to take on the job of grooming a cat, much less a long haired cat who isn't the best behaved. Norman just had his 2nd grooming appointment. Fast service, and they have done an excellent job both times.

Very rude . I'm not From here . Walked in to check it out because I'm not leaving my dog with just anyone . Woman was rude as all get out. Frenchie locked in a box like prisoners . Just a groomer business with a puppy mill inside . Not to mention the lady acted like I was bothering her to walk into the place to begin with . Definitely don't give them the time of day

Second time taking my dog there. She is a cocker spaniel. First time they did good for her summer cut. This time took her in and wanted her skirt to be cut back in. The skirt does not go on top of her back. So paid almost 80 for a cut that now I have to take her somewhere else and have this mess fixed. Learn the proper cut for dogs. There skirts don’t look like a dang Mohawk like you have my dog looking like. Very very disappointed with this cut.

If zero stars were an option, that's what they would have received. My husband arrived with our dog at 12:45 pm for his 1 pm grooming appointment and was told they were behind and they would not be able to groom our dog. We live an hour from this horrible "business". He drove two hours for NOTHING. They didn't have the decency to call and let him know. HORRIBLE!!!

I will have to say that we love paradise pets. I have three dogs. This is our dogs home away from home. My dogs stay here frequently. They are happy to go to "puppy camp" as we like to call it. One of my dogs, who doesn't like people outside of our immediate family, love the staff! The staff love my dogs also! The grooming services are great.. I've never picked up my dogs and been disappointed or surprised about their cut. They know how to give a particular breed an appropriate cut and are also good for a quick bath. Paradise Pets has also been very accommodating for my last minute boarding requests. It helps that my dogs are so happy to go in there. As far as the animals that are for sale there, I got a full bred puppy there that is healthy. Took him to an independent vet and he checked out very healthy. I received the breeder info and health record. He was not too young, and he has a very sweet disposition, the best out of the three. Thank you Paradise Pets! -Sadie, Cotton, and Tucker

Pet boarding is in crates of a place that specializes in dog grooming. There isn't a place for dogs to get outside and run for a bit.

When my family and I started visiting this place to have our dogs groomed it was by far the best experience ever. However, over time we started to notice inconsistencies in the quality of grooming. Some of our dogs would have to be taken back to have their “cuts” or “trims” be evened out and uniformed. These experiences lead to us going elsewhere. I heed a word of caution should someone decide to use this place and strongly recommend examining your pets thoroughly. I do hope standards have returned to what they were during my initial couple of months of using their services.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE! I witnessed on July 29, 2022 the dog groomer Harley hit a Pyrenees dog in the face because it kept moving away from her. I SAW it and called the owner Becky IMMEDIATELY! She seemed concerned and said she was going to handle it when back at shop. I waited a week for her to respond to me and then I texted. she said she was too busy since incident to get back with me and she was handling the situation. the dog washer Harley was still there but the owner Becky said Harley couldn't touch a dog unless she was in back supervising her and if Becky had to be off or run errands, Harley couldn't work. so - the owner don't trust her but still keeps her employed? my family have been to them for 20 years and I'm afraid of what our animals have been through or what was done to them while we let them there now!!!! I bet if I told Becky I saw an employee put money in their pocket she would have fired them, but hitting a dog only gets you vacation days!!!!! The owner then texted me threatening ME with a lawsuit for slander and restraining order over me leaving a bad Google review!!!! She tried to bully and intimidate me into taking the review down. I just wish she was that concerned and upset over one if her employees hitting a dog at her grooming salon!
