Bought wood flooring, paint, my fridge, and other stuff from here. Employees are usually helpful. I will say that they never have the water filter I need, even though it always says they have 12 in stock. Happened to me 3 times and every time the employees are not any help about it. Otherwise I shop there a lot and never have any issues.

Save yourself some time, money, and effort and go elsewhere for your home improvement needs. I only gave one star because it's required to share a review but zero stars is a more accurate rating... I purchased a Weber 330 grill for my husband for Father's Day. While I looked at multiple retailers, Lowe's advertised the grill for the same $50 off as Weber and Amazon but offered the option of free assembly with store pickup. I ordered online on June 9 with an estimated pickup date of June 19. This ETA seemed a bit far out to me but I went with it hoping it would arrive sooner. June 19 came and went with no correspondence. On June 20, my husband asked for an update and when I checked online it indicated my purchase was delayed. I received an email on June 21 that my order was ready for pickup. When I contacted the store to inquire about my order being late, I received an apology and an offer for a $10 online gift card for my inconvenience - $10 for my $750+ purchase taking 12 days. My husband went to pickup the grill on June 23. He was passed between associates, sent to the kiosk, then abandoned by an associate before finally getting someone to help him. The associate assisting could not find the order initially and eventually located the item in shipping and receiving. When they presented him with the grill it was filthy and covered in dirt and grime. My husband is not picky and does not complain but even he asked that the grill be cleaned prior to leaving the store. Had I been present for the pickup, I would have cancelled the order on the spot and ordered through Ace Hardware, even if it meant a 2+ hour round trip. We had ordered a Weber grill from Ace in the past and it arrived assembled and in pristine condition. Unfortunately, that was 2,500 miles away so we could not use the same store for this purchase. I cannot encourage you enough to find an alternative to the Beckley Lowe's store. Make the commute. It will ultimately save you time, money, and disappointment.

We had a special order was told it would be delivered June 19th. Waited all day called store and was informed would be delivered June 20th. It is now 530pm...workers who were going to do work have waited all day and no delivery. Called store m tried pro desk customer service 3 times and asked for manager no answer. over a 40 min interval. Will never deal with beckley lowes again

I just got a new riding mower delivered. I'm very happy with the mower. The delivery crew failed to demo the mower and make sure it runs. I almost had to return the mower but that's to YouTube I resolved the issue. Better communication and meeting expectations would have made the experience better.

I was in lowes today,and ask a real nice salesman where some things were,his name ws Michael,he helped me going to all the isles I needed help on,I was very grateful for all his help.I've had salesman just see you comming toward them and shun away to keep from Helping,not Michael.We need more Michael's in every store.He went above and beyond,What a nice gentlemen.Thank you Michael the frost free Water hose pipe fit perfect.Be blessed Michael.thank you so much.The Agnor'Also Needed a override by a manager Sarah,she ws great running from place to place helping at non stop,she was great even tho you could tell she ws exhausted,thank you Sarah for all you do.Then there was Karan so sweet,friendly and helpful at self check out.My husband and I loved talking to her as we waited on Sarah,she's very intelligent,smart and right down loveable,thank you Karan for all you do.Today ws actually a very good experience all around,Lowes of Beckley.Thank you all,Michael,Sarah and Karan,our Irish Friend.
