Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Beckley, WV Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. It is always one of the favorite places to go for many customers, who buy wood flooring, paint, appliances, and other stuff from there. The store usually has what customers want or need. Experiences with staff can vary. Employees are usually helpful, with some salespeople going above and beyond to assist customers in the aisles. There are also managers and self-checkout attendants noted for being great, sweet, friendly, helpful, and intelligent. However, staff is not always the most helpful in their departments, and sometimes employees are not any help with specific inventory issues. There can be expectations for better communication and service, such as delivery crews fully demonstrating equipment. Some frustrations include repeated inventory inaccuracies, like a water filter showing in stock but not being available, and the inability to test drive larger items. Despite these occasional issues, many customers shop there a lot and never have any other issues, often having very good experiences overall.

Recently, I have been doing home repair and car painting. Prices are decent a little high, but it's nice to be able to have somewhere to go for large cans of spray paint lol

Bought wood flooring, paint, my fridge, and other stuff from here. Employees are usually helpful. I will say that they never have the water filter I need, even though it always says they have 12 in stock. Happened to me 3 times and every time the employees are not any help about it.
