Worst customer service. Guy is so rude. My mother with cancer went in to try on a wig and he quote unquote said "you had hair ow you don't you need to move on." Then proceeded to force her into trying on a wig, when she tried it on she said she did not like it and was going to leave he then charged her 30 dollars for trying the wug on. very disrespectful and rude. Staff was very rude and judgmental. Unless you like people looking down their nose at you I would suggest trying a different salon.

I love my stylist and have been going to her for yrs but I’m afraid after today I will not be back. One of the owners chastised me while getting my hair done because I mentioned something about his wife and her dementia. I’m a paying customer and to be embarrassed by the owner of the salon is unacceptable. Also he touched me and I did not give him permission to and felt very uncomfortable. The Harvey brothers are greedy and stingy. They double book the only 2 stylists they have and treat them poorly. Not even letting them use the bathroom between customers. I hope my stylist opens her own salon.Service: Hairstyling

Called and spoke with Bobbi the owner about a hair appointment availability. Only appointment she had for today was at noon and it was 5 minutes away and I said I couldn’t make it and how about later or another day. She hung up on me. I called back thinking we were disconnected, however it was no mistake she told me if I wanted it to get there and hung up… I didn’t go, she was rude.
