Absolutely amazing service and wonderful owner. I was going on vacation in less than four days and found out my rim was cracked. The owner went out of his way to make sure he got my rim fixed because he was worried about the safety of my family. Literally could not have asked for better service. Cannot recommend them enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

5 stars with outstanding service! Karen, Mark, Matt, and Ralph went above any beyond to help my family and I out on a cross country road trip!!!Long story short, my transmission began to give out in the mountains of WV. It was 4pm and everything was closing at 5pm. We gave Creager Automotive a call and they immediately got us in. We rented a car at the local Enterprise so that my wife could have surgery the next day in Virginia. While we were tackling the surgery, Creager Automotive was tackling rebuilding our transmission. When we arrived back in town two days later to pick up the vehicle on our way back home, it was done. Not only that but they noticed that our front tires were about to leave us stranded again because they were showing metal. They replaced the tires for us free of charge and helped us get to our destination safely! They even gave us the most outstanding trail-mix to snack on for the road.All members of Creager automotive went above and beyond to get us safely on the road while making us feel right at home. I can’t say enough good things about these people. If you’re having any issues with your vehicle, you’re in good hands here!Services: Transmission replacement

My car broke down on the way through WV. Creager's Auto service did a great job. Dealing with waiting for parts, they were respectful and worked hard to get everything fixed that was not working. Mr. Creager worked diligently to make sure parts delivered were good and he made sure the car ran very well. Thank you, Mr. Creager!

Would rather not slam them but they had my sons car for 7 weeks for a transmission replacement. There was a lot of miscommunication on thier part, the price quoted was definitely NOT the price paid, parts ordered my son was not told about etc. AND,his car wasn't worked on in a timely manner because they 'thought ' it was going to be a 'rust bucket' because of the type of car...however the car if an Arizona car, no salt damage, no rust anywhere, but they just put it on their back burner. That put him in a very tight spot trying to manage getting back and forth from work every single day. They literally saw my q8 year old as a pushover and jerked him around. So, take some time to consider what YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO DO WITH YOUR OWN SITUATION.
