I took my iPhone 12 in for the screen to be replaced. I had it repaired at another phone repair shop for the charging port and they needed up breaking the screen and didn’t offer to replace it even though it was not my fault it was broken. So I took it to CPR in beckley and Timothy was so nice and worked very quickly to get it repaired! My daughter’s iPad had been acting up with the charging port so a couple days later I took it to CPR and Chris explained everything that could be wrong and said give him a few days. Turns out it was the charging port was just loose so I didn’t have to pay any extra costs just the initial deposit! Chris and Timothy are very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable! I give this place a 10 out of 10!

Tim took excellent care of ordering what we needed and was kind enough to clean our phones, put on our new protective covers, and reinstall the magnet for my car phone charger to work. Tim's overall demeanor with customers is A++!!! Keep up the great work Tim!!!
