The gas here was more expensive than on average, and the entrance and exit out of here were kind of rough, both in terms of traffic to cross the street, and potholes to run your car over. It's off the tollway, but you don't need to pay to exit or re-enter the toll road from here which is a plus. I think there's got to be a better option somewhere nearby though.

This is a BP gas station & convenience store. We stopped here during our travels to fuel up with gas. We did not go inside. We paid and pumped at the gas pump. I can't speak to anything else here. You'll just have to check it out for yourself.

I used to have a great experience until this morning when I stopped there to get gas and my coffee drinks. One employee not going to mention names accused me of “yelling” at them yesterday. I didn’t yell at the certain employee. All I have to say don’t be going and telling your boss that I “yelled” at you. As of now I will definitely be getting ahold of corporate and I will be definitely taking my business elsewhere because of you.

The regular crew is probably off due to the holidays. These guys working now will cheat you if you're not careful, they got me twice.Make sure you get your receipt.I tried to tell the guy how I was shorted $12 and he threatened calling the police on me. Being a Black I didn't think that would go well for me...This guy will double charge you and I stood and watched him sell beer to a minor. Just asked him his birthday, no ID....He will double charge you....

To who may concern I'm writing you because I had a bad costumer service experience yesterday afternoon around 415pm " at the BP, 404 3rd Ave, Beckley, WV 25801.Your employees at the cashier the one on the right as you walk through the door. I'm a foreigner guy from " Europe"and I was very nice to ask her I ask how much was a bag of Doritos and she acted like I couldn't speak the language... well, it was very rude and I didn't expect that.. Hope you'll look into this matter otherwise you could lose other costumers. Sincerely, Your regular costumer at BP.
