“I enjoyed the MacArthur location with the h&r block tax pro who assisted with my taxes.. the location in Beckley shopping center did not help me at all! she kept trying to make me do something I did not want to do and tell me it was something that I had to do legally when I knew otherwise so the lady at the MacArthur location listened to me and she was patient while she answered all of my questions with great detail. I will never go back to Jackson Hewitt they charged way too much and did not have answers to a lot of my questions and I was not satisfied with the work they did on my last year's return. I only went to them because of the advance. H&R Block ?☺️ all the way nowhere else ??”
