“GREAT PLACE!!! Traveling to Florida and stopped at a gas station and realized part of our grille of our Volvo was off. We yelped body shops and called to ask if they could take a quick look! It was an hour before closing and they said come on in. They looked at it for about 20 Minutes and got it back on. No charge ?!!! That's crazy!! We left a tip they would barely take! “I was referred to Safelite from my insurance due to 3 small chips. I wasn't sure if it needed repaired or not, but decided to follow my insurance's advice to have it repaired. The technician, Theo, came out to my home and evaluated the chips. He stated it did not need repaired, but he went ahead and put a finishing coat over the chips & cured it to help with the look of it. He was super courteous and helpful, and it did not cost me anything which was nice. I'm very impressed with the customer service here and I will definitely use them in the future if (hopefully not) I have a glass issue. Thank you guys!”
