Try having compassion, not only for the pets, but the owners as well. The callous complacency presented by the doctor, in the tragedy of having to euthanize my dog yesterday, was INSULT ADDRD TO INJURY. This man attends the same church that I do, but we had never met before. What a disgraceful representation of God's love and compassion. I will not mention the name of this man, but I do hope that someday this review will resonate in his SOUL. NOW, I must pray that God help me forgive him. Will never recommend this practice.

Hateful staff, crooked financial operations, and predatory diagnosis requiring expensive uneeded lab test. After 3 visits I never met a vet, just nameless techs who don't speak or introduce themselves. Drive 20 minutes down the road to any other vet office if you love your animals. Report any issue with them to the wv vetinary review board. The need to be shut down.

The Dr and the staff were wonderful! My dog had to have knee surgery. They were great! They really care about your pets.

They will hang up the phone on you mid call, they won't keep your animal health records on file, and they will tell you conflicting times on when to come in. Vet also told me my cat was being behavioral when he had kidney stones, he died a few days later after our visit, these people don't care about your animals, beware.

They didn't help my puppy and now he's dead didn't even listen to his heart they didn't even want to do blood work was very rude also didn't even listen to his lungs. My baby had to suffer because of them don't go to these nuts.

I canot believe the incompetence. My sister has struggled to help her dog overcome extreme anxiety that leads to biting. She has worked with Dr Ward for 2 years. She has had to taken her to Dry Hill and Crab Orchard, in order to see HER vet. If you don't tavel to see your own vet, there is no continuity of care. Evidently the two offices are inept at recording and sharing records. The dog was up to date on all of her shots and was on medication for anxiety. My sister was told that if the situation got worse, euthanasia was recommended. She was told that it would go smoothly with kindness and understanding. Today, she had to take her. After the dog was sedated, she was told that there were no records of rabies vaccination. Dr Ward was on vaccation. She was told that her baby would have to be decapitated, and her head would have to go to the health department on Monday morning. But, it gets worse. She was told that she would have to take her baby's head home and put it in her refrigerator for 2 days and then deliver it herself to the health department. I wish she had changed vet's when I did, a couple of months ago. Don't give these people your business. They are imcompet. I wish I had a photo of what they did to this dog. If you love your dog, stay away from here. Edit: On Monday morning my sister went to have the shot records printed off at the Crab Orchard office. All shot records are entered into the computer. Both office locations have access to this. Dr. Walker did not even look in the computer. She had the records there.

love them all, one came out and checked on one of my horses a couple of times, one has seen my Blue Front Amazon, hard to find a veterinarian that works on bird's, been coming her sense I was a little boy with my parents .

I had to put my baby to sleep he's name was Taz my husband ray had to do it for me and today they send us a grieving card with the stuff name's I really appreciate the love you get from them what a great place I just want to say thank you .???

Never been there before, referred by our local vet. Went with dread that amputation would be needed for our cat, Dr was able to save the leg. Follow up call made with lab results, spoke with Dr himself. Cat is doing well.
