“Phenomenal repair shop. Great prices and best of all they are honest people. That’s hard to find now a days. After taking my truck to a dealership they wanted an exorbitant amount to change two tire rod bushings. Davis auto pricing was fair and down to earth. Turns out the nuts just needed tightened on the tire rods. They could have charged me to swap the parts but they chose to be outstanding gentlemen and tell me I only owed them for tightening the nuts. I am a customer for life. My family will be customers for life.”

“My husband and I were driving to Ohio from Yorktown, VA when we experienced car trouble near Beckley, WV on I-64 W. We contacted AAA, and they sent Glen's Towing to take my SUV to L & S Toyota for service. They did a quick evaluation and discovered the radiator had a hole in it. Oakley, the service advisor, said they would have a new radiator sent from another business and get it replaced. We were waiting in their comfortable waiting room when we were advised that the wrong radiator was sent. Since they couldn't get another radiator sent over before they closed, we had to decide if we would stay the night somewhere (no!) or try to get a rental car and continue our trip to Ohio. My husband called Enterprise Car Rental, and they gave him the confirmation number and took our credit card info to reserve it. Since we had no way to get there before they closed at 5 pm and it was pouring rain, the service manager, Kevin Trzicak, drove him to Enterprise, got there before 5 pm, but they were closed. Not happy. Kevin then called Oakley, and he arranged for another car rental, Hertz, to wait until Kevin drove my husband there to pick up a rental (very happy). Kevin even helped us unload our SUV and load up the rental, and we were soon on our way. We picked up our SUV on the way home and returned the rental. Kevin and Oakley saved our vacation. They were so professional, caring, helpful, and concerned about us and the repair of my SUV. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff for their repair work.”

“Went in for windshield wipers & knew my sizes & brand that I wanted but being greeted & asked if I needed assistance when I 1st walked in was a refreshing welcome! (Other places & people have not been very kind towards their customers lately..but I digress ???) the young gentleman who greeted me even graciously assisted me in putting them on (been awhile since I had changed wipers on a vehicle ?) he put 1 on while I watched & then he waited & guided me through putting on the other 1..then it came to the back 1 & WE WERE BOTH BUMFOUNDED!! ?? ? (mind you he didn't look them up in the computer because I knew the sizes I needed & grabbed the brand I wanted & he simply rang me up?♀️?♀️) so after watching a YouTube video & struggling with it for a bit he goes back in & checks to see if there's a specific brand I needed for my car! While waiting on him to do that a very nice customer asked if I wanted him to take a look at it, of course I graciously accepted his offer & after looking at it for a second he got the arm right off! ?♀️?♀️? The employee brings out the right blade (turns out Ido need a specific brand) & puts it right on for me! I have my young son with me & was kinda dreading going in an automotive store but after my wonderful experience with this advanced auto I have made this "My Store"! ?? Not only was the employee helpful & kind (I like how he was willing to teach me as opposed to just doing it for me?) but the customer who gave his time to help was a refreshing change to the people I've experienced at other stores lately who have not been as friendly! This was a great experience and was glad my son was with me to see people being kind to others for no reason at all!! ??❤️”

“GREAT PLACE!!! Traveling to Florida and stopped at a gas station and realized part of our grille of our Volvo was off. We yelped body shops and called to ask if they could take a quick look! It was an hour before closing and they said come on in. They looked at it for about 20 Minutes and got it back on. No charge ?!!! That's crazy!! We left a tip they would barely take! That's just good people!! Thank you guys!!! Travel resumed !!!!”
