There is a default "auto draft" that no one tells you about and you must go to an obscure screen to un-click a button to opt out. So make sure you go into all of the screens of their website if you want to opt-out, it's made complicated.Thankfully, I checked by bank account before double-paying this month's storage fee.

Was an extremely nice place and storage units. The answering service for after hours is manned by actual people. Very rude people who don't take messages and will hang up on you while you're still speaking.
