So there aren't any cameras to watch your stuff. No one checks on the units unless it's you. We just moved and the moving process was about a month long, so we hadn't visited the storage unit in that time. Someone used bolt-cutters and it hadn't been checked for long enough for it to rust over. The grass is only mowed once every 2 months or so, it was so long at one point that the grass was over my car. The paper you sign says that if anything gets damaged they are not liable, but then the units aren't sealed well enough to prevent mold. All of our stuff that they didn't take ended up molding so we lost everything. Don't rent from them.
