My faith in customer service was restored when I visited this Victra Verizon retail location to pickup a 5G home internet router after work yesterday and was assisted by Tyler. I experienced a pretty frustrating situation with my long-time cable/internet provider and was ready very anxious to make the switch. Tyler was friendly, personable and most of all, patient. He answered my questions and activated the router on site. Please pass along my appreciation to him.

Not impressed sales people were friendly enough but the next day when I started looking at my Verizon app and saw what my up coming bills were going to be they were 2 x higher than we were led to believe we called Verizon customer service and they straightened it out we were signed up for things we didn’t need like extra lines it was a mess I filled out the survey I was texted by victra the vendor that owns this location they never got back to me so I guess they do not care about customer service I would recommend another location or deal with Verizon directly I have worked in customer service for over 30 years so I don’t usually like giving negative reviews but this was a little much

I had a bill disconnected and I owed and I went there three times and couldn't pay it that would have went on my credit finally I figured out how to do it online which costed me an extra $10
