every time i am here the front workers at register are so rude and not willing to answer simple questions. get better front of store representatives and i’ll come back to shop.

Nicest experience I've had in an Ulta store. Associate helped me immediately, store was clean, and checkout was quick. Very friendly staff!

Store I will probably shop there almost every single time we go to the to the mall the products are full and they have some great customer service and it’s online too. You can shop there online and there’s just like a lot of good stuff there.

They never ever have enough birthday gifts or gwps to give out, the general manager has snubbed her nose and refused to acknowledge me every time I shop there. The last straw was when they had 6 pple standing around and a line to Timbucktoo, and no one would open another register…

I shopped here needed help with purchasing an item via cell phone I was having trouble with my app. Chole was a tremendous help and guided me through the process and was able to purchase my item need more people like Chole!!

Nice store my daughters and wife let it go in there a lot they have a lot of different make up cologne and perfume to pick from and the employees are usually pretty cool there too
