They never answer there phone. My Grandpaw had a pair of diabetic shoes made and was only supposed to be 2 weeks and it's been about 6 months. And still no answers!!!!

Been over 6 months now waiting for my shoes. I know I'm never going to get them. Don't waste your time with this guy.

I've never been able to get anyone to answer the phone there to ask a question. I'm not sure they are in business?
