I most always see Susan but every one is great! I have been going here for years now I feel like I literally don’t even have to tell her any new information unless something has changed. Very friendly, take time to get to know you, just an all around great atmosphere.

Don't recommend this tax office unless you have an easy tax form. Anything difficult, dont waste your time. They're definitely not tax experts, just number inputers. Don't waste your time. Also, they stop taking sign ins at 5pm, not 6pm.

My husband n I use this service for yrs.... however after I developed my new home business registered by the state of West Virginia with documents of my home deductibles etc, they don’t do tax write-offs it OR even considered my home a business EVEN THOUGH ACCORDING TO IRS LAW IT IS!! (Section 587) Thankfully another company Knows better and get a bit more on our return.

I went to get my taxes done here about 4 years ago, on the suggestion of a friend, and have used them exclusively since then. I won't go anywhere else. They are professional, work efficiently and charge a fair price.

I have been there twice to get my taxes done. Both times I have had the displeasure of talking to Erica. She is very rude and unprofessional. It's no wonder why people recommend you ask for Susan when you go in there. They really need to move Erica's office to the very back and put someone more professional up front. Do you really want her being the first person people have to deal with when coming into your business? I know I wouldn't. I will NOT be back a third time. I'd much rather pay higher fees then have to put up with someone so miserable and disrespectful as her. So if going there beware of Erica!!! Save yourself the aggravation and ask for someone else.

Susan is rude, don’t ask any questions, or she acts like your supposed to know everything about how to file your taxes. If people did they wouldn’t be coming to you! That’s why your the the tax person, then makes you feel stupid when you don’t know anything about it!

Waited 3 hours and after being skipped multiple times in line they refused to look at an electronic document on my phone. They would only take a printed document, and were also rude. Won’t be going back.
