“I had such a wonderful experience at Renee’s Birkenstock in Barboursville. Amy was the associate that assisted my daughter and I in finding her shoes that fit. She went above and beyond to help us. She stayed past closing time, added extra holes to my daughters sandals, and was extremely patient giving us different colors and styles to try on. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs Birkenstocks. Amy was very knowledgeable and kind and we left with a pair of Birkenstocks in hand. We will definitely return!”

“First time here today after browsing their website. The store is spacious and well laid out. Every section is clearly marked so you don't roam around endlessly looking for what you want.The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the products in their section.I bought a few firearms today and the guys in that department went above and beyond to make my decision and experience even better. They even mounted a optical sight on my pistol for me and boresighted it.The whole experience was pleasant and stress free. I highly recommend paying them a visit. They pretty much have everything sport and recreation related in one building and the prices are very competitive. They also have a good membership program with great perks!”
