Years ago, you could get decent shoes here. Not anymore. And the staff doesn't seem to appreciate their customers either. Just my experiences lately. But if you are on a low budget, you should be able to find something wearable but will they have your size? Maybe, maybe not. If it's a decent shoe, probably not.

This is the best Shoe Department store ever! I bought 5 pairs of shoes today! Very organized, clean, neater and awesome shoes! Friendly staff!! Love it!!

This is apparently a self service shoe store. The selection is random and sizes are all over the place, but the discount price is worth the wait to find the right shoe

Very bad experience. Wanted to return a pair of shoes because they were to small and tight and I contacted customer service and they told me I couldn’t mail them back even though I ordered them online that I would have to go to the nearest store and return them in person !! What !?

I went to return a pair of shoes I received for Christmas that had never been worn. They were so rude and told me they smelled like they had been washed and refused the return. The receipt was less than a week old. I took them to another location and returned them with no problem. It was a terrible experience being accused of something I didn't do.
