“Just moved the major contents of a 4400 Sq ft home about 15 miles to our new home. Watts was on time, polite, thorough and genuinely concerned about our property. They arrived on time, ready to proceed. About 4 hours later, everything was loaded and we drove to the new house. 2 hours later and they were done. No claims to file, that 4 man crew worked well together and placed our furniture and property throughout the house. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Watts Brothers Moving. “I came from across the country and initially went through the rental process online at the 15th St locale. However, since my arrival and move in date were on a Sunday, the 15th St locale was closed on Sundays...so I made a call to the facility, where a lady answered my questions about what to do concerning starting my lease and move in on a day in which that building is closed. 15 mins later, I get a phone call from the manager DeeDee. Ostensibly, my situation had been passed on from the lady I spoke with to her manager, as DeeDee had been out of the office when I called. DeeDee offered to transfer my lease to the Chesapeake Ohio facility, which is also close by, giving me access to a 24 hr facility and also a discount for the initial month. Not surprised tbh...I moved back to the region because of the people. Exactly as expected.?”

“Clean, discreet, conveniently located, and under surveillance!! I'm currently storing with them now. A lot of different options from indoor to outdoor , all sizes . There is a unit for any kind of items you have to store. Owned by Keaton's Collision center , gated and accessible from 6am to 10pm, the gates will lock on you and u will have to either stay overnight or call Mr.Keatons daughter to come let u out(what are u thinking, I've never had that happen,.never more than once ). Good people, clean ,new, facility highly recommend!!!”
