If I could leave one star I would. Rude customer service and asking questions is apparently a bother even if you wait in line FOREVER. While asking questions she started checking out an online order/pickup and ignored me, and I wasnt even in the online customer service section, I was in mens cologne. All I wanted to see if a cologne could be ordered since they didn't have it there. Found it online for cheaper.

One of the first Macy's employee we had an experience with should not be working with the public. He is so incredibly unfriendly as well as abrasive. We did shop, made our choices went to check out at the disabled parking entrance area and we could not get waited on. There were three employees behind the registers, the young girl was way too busy texting, the second one was too busy arguing with customers and the was actually working. The cashier#2 that was still arguing with customers told us that we would have to wait on the third cashier until she finished working before she would wait on us. We stood there long enough already and if Macy's wants employees like that we can shop elsewhere and we did.

Without a doubt, this was the most disappointing Macy's store we've ever seen. The merchandise felt cluttered and disorganized, and it just felt like there wasn't much in the way of selection. Although we walked around pretty much both floors, we were never greeted by an employee to see if we needed help with anything. The overall feel of the store was not what you'd expect of a Macy's, and I have to say that the JC Penney's store at the other end of the mall actually felt like a more upscale place to shop than this Macy's location.

This store is terribly cluttered and disorganized! I bought a skirt on Thursday evening and returned on Friday to get a matching jacket. I needed help finding the section - it was hard to track down an employee & once I did, she was rude and insisted my skirt came from a suit section that it clearly didn't - when I asked her for additional help she was rude. Fortunately another employee was much nicer and helped me find the petit section and my suit jacket. She was a bright spot in a cluttered mess of a store. I strongly recommend skipping this Macy's (and recommend going to the T J Maxx in the same mall - they have the same brands at a significantly lower price.) In the past I had positive shopping experiences at the Charleston Macy's and since I needed a few more formal outfits I was hoping to find them at the Huntington Mall Macy's. I will never go there again though.

Huge selection, whether you are hunting bargain prices or wish to shop in the more high price items. Very friendly employees and information booths to go to for help if you are not familiar with the store. Went to the mall to shop and spent all day in Macy’s. Worrying today about a purse I wanted and now want. Nearest store over100 miles away!

Great Staff, its not a massive size store but its Aa full as Macys can stuff it with all the brands I love & Trust & AGAIN GREAT STAFF!
