Requested an appointment and able to get in the next vs another eye Dr that the next appointment wasn't until November. Staff and Dr was very nice and accommodating since I have mobility issues. Definitely will keep as my eye Doctor.

Had to come in for a repair where the foot on the bridge of my glasses ripped off. They took care of it super quickly, replaced both feet and tightened the temples, and didn’t charge me. Much better than the bandaid I had on it for a month lol. Thanks!

Went to the Barboursville Mall LensCrafters to purchase a new set of glasses. I’ve had great success on previous purchases at this location and this time was a seamless purchase . A eyeglass specialist was very helpful in helping me select the proper sized glasses for my face. She was able to process my glass care insurance very quickly. We will definitely recommend LensCrafters to friends and family
