“This is the nicest best store I've ever been to!!! Customer service is the best I've ever seen!! I don't know who owns this store but I want you to know that your employees...I'm talking about every employee I came into contact with in the 1 1/2 I was there!! If I asked a question, they would drop whatever they were doing and gave me their full attention!! As I was leaving I told the lady at the service desk that it shows how much everyone loves their job and it must be a great owner who runs this company!!! She said yes it was a wonderful place to work!!! I applaud this store and employees!! We had a great experience there!!! We need a Menards near Ashland!!! You are so superior over Lowe's!!! They run if you need something. Or point and say I think it's over there!!! I just can't say enough!! We will definitely be back!!”
“It's pretty much a one-stop shop for all your household and yard needs. Good selection, competitive prices, and friendly cashiers. The store needs cleaning and dusting. Department staff are often hard to locate when you need assistance.
As of late, they have greatly expanded their merchandise selection. They have cut out the veterans discount on certain items, so if you're a vet like me, ask before purchasing something.
I recently purchased a new lawn tractor here, and they gave me my military discount, which paid for the 3 year extended warranty, plus they gave me free delivery to my house. I'm pretty darn satisfied.”
