Great customer service! Mandi and Anna are amazing ladies! Greg is awesome too. They know me when I walk in and treat me like family. (The part of the family they like) I really enjoy banking here.

Super group at theBarboursville branch. I've worked with Ginny for the last few years and have found her to be very pleasant, knowlegeable and helpful. I have been treated like family by the whole staff each time I go.

This place purchased my home loan, and it been a generally terrible experience. They will not allow you setup autopay unless it's from an account with them. You cannot reset your password or username (in order to pay a mortgage) online without an account though them. You cannot get through their customer service phone automation without an account number or an ATM pin. Dealing with them has been such a pain, I honestly wouldn't have bought my house if I knew they'd end up being involved.

Made a deposit into the atm which the system placed an automatic 14 day hold on which will clear long before 14 days… was told I would get a call back about the inquiry to release the hold sooner after area ROM returned from vacation… still waiting on a return call and waiting for the hold to be released… do not ever use atm deposits with 5th Third. I wouldn’t have even used the atm if it weren’t for the fact that the mobile deposit is frequently not working. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the deposit were done in person or via the mobile app.

during this covid19 pandemic I've had to overdraft my account topay Bill's and get groceries. Adam and a lady there whose name I forgot credited back the overdraft fees. I am very appreciative and I will recommend Firth Third Bank to everyone I know.

Went through this bank for a home loan, realtor company told me that was a bad idea i should have listened. But considering it was (my) bank, i thought things would go smoothly. WRONG. The loan processer lost emails. And now the house could potentially go back on the market because this bank has taken so long to close on the deal. I proceeded today to fax, and email the documents again. I called the processor over the phone to see if she had recieved the fax, she said she had not, but got an email, she asked what the paper was stating..... as if she didnt know what she was being sent, she then said oh wait yeah i got the fax 4 minutes aho
