Isn’t a grand idea with the part of town we live in. Anyways Beejay was great. He had to stay on hold twice trying to switch my
Carrier from boost, he made sure everything was transferred over on both our phones and both employees were great and friendly with our toddler that spent the whole time running around. Very pleased with our phones as well as the customer service!!!

I'm from crown city Ohio my usual cricket store I go to is in gallipolis I've been with cricket for a while. I work in Huntington and on my lunch break I came into this store and was told I couldn't upgrade my service there that I had to go to the one in gallipolis... I thought you can do upgrades at any cricket store

So i tried to call this store , and theres a delay on my phone and when i called them it didnt respond till about 15 seconds after he said “Hello.” and when he hung up , i asked my uncle to turn his hotspot on for no delay , so then i called them again. they refused to pick up the phone , and then on about the 5th call , they decided to put me , A 13 YEAR OLD CHILD , on the phone with police , and just because im a kid , they think im “messing” around on the phone , i literally was trying to get then to unlock my sim card , because i had switched to text now. This place stinks . I wish i could give it negative stars.

Do not do business with this company.I was quoted a price and when it was all said and done it was higher than quoted.When I returned home and examined my receipt I was charged for a screen saver 19.00, insurance 8.00 , and 5.00 a month higher plan than I wanted. Than when I called to dicuss it with an associate Daniel I was told there is nothing they can do about it.

Sales reps are fantastic, but the service itself is atrocious. Save yourself the money and just use a prepaid card through Straight Talk or AT&T.

Our service is HORRIBLE. My daughter and I cant hear people and they cant hear us so its not our phones. Its been like this since last fall. Up until then it was fine. Both of us have tried many times to tell the local B'ville office in person only to be blown off or told to call their customer service line which is a joke. Never able to speak to live person on it and no option to chat with anyone or explain our problem. The problem seems to be the area we live in..oh we can hear people fine and make calls WHEN we drive five or ten miles and oh yeah THAT is convenient. We dont want to switch BUT this is frustrating. They certainly make sure to take our money every month though.PLEASE SOMEONE LIVE AT CRICKET...reply to me here because my acct is under another name for privacy here. PLEASE. Thank you.

Went to check on issue with phone, they only had representative working, waited over 20 mins before she was free. She didn't really listen to what my issue was, she was having me to do something completely different. I believe she was trying to get to the next customer who was wanting to buy the new expensive iPhone.

Awesome customer service at the Barboursville store. Associates Blake, Brittany and Clayton were very polite and helpful. I appreciate their eagerness to assist and provide quality customer service.
