Awful Customer service. They made my grandmother an online account so she could view her banking info and not only put the wrong phone # but also address. The chase customer representatives wouldn’t help us either bc they had the wrong address put into her account so we couldn’t verify. They were also super rude when we were there asking questions. You could tell they didn’t want to deal with anything, even though it’s their job!

Can't exactly speak for actual banking center service, this is just for the atm. For the love of God upgrade the thing! Chase you are the #1 bank in America and you can't bring the ATM out of the stone age? Took 7 mins to make a deposit with cash because it was so slow and the cash taker is as picky as I don't know what.

I'm a big fan of Chase Bank but the employees make this one better! They always call me by name, have a short wait time even when busy, and very helpful and informative with any issues that I have.

Can you guys please replace your ATM? My business needs to make frequent ATM deposits, and more often than not, we have to drive to the downtown Huntington location. Switching banks really was not on my itinerary, but it would be more convenient than having to do with the back-and-forth

Bank hours listed was wrong! After driving 60 miles branch was closed! Sat 7/29/23 I was there 11:40 Am and before I left to go there I called the branch and was not even able to talk to live person! Very bad service, and this isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed!

Wanted to rent a safety deposit box. The bank representative ask me. "Are you a veteran"? I said yes. The representative then said, "can you prove it"? I do not carry around my 40 year old military discharge paperwork with me. Do you carry around your high school diploma at all times? Just ridiculous. Either allow me to rent a safety deposit box or not. Stop the games.

Horrendous service. The manager got real snippy with me for literally no reason. They dont ask for id unless they "dont know you" which is profiling. They send cards to the wrong addresses and cant do the simplest of things. Great bank t9 waste your time at!

They are just RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Slow as hell!!! I just left the bank and it took me 48 minutes to get coin CHANGE FOR A $20!!! This is why I don't have my personal account with them anymore!!! My work may have to have to use them but I will never!!! The branch Manager well she's a b**** too! I tried to tell her about her rude staff and guess what SHE BECAME EVEN MORE RUDE!!! Yea they need to FIRE THAT WOMAN! She isn't a LEADER SHE IS A DICTATOR!
