My uncle had his computer information transferred from his old one to his brand new 1. He bought from you guys. Geek Squad stole the hard drive from the Old Computer When He Called to Ask About It. They told him it was protocol to protect his information.Someone needs to contact us and give back the hard drive to the computer He is seventy years old

I hate going into the Barboursville WV store. The employees and the management are lazy. Lucky for me all I had to do was get what I wanted off the shelf and go pay for it.

Multiple new purchases on big ticket items in the last few months have had the item replaced with a broken version of the item instead. Certain Employees will do a great job at talking, and keeping you distracted from looking at the boxes before you buy, and get you out quickly. I can't be the only one. I recommend using caution when purchasing from this store, or better yet, find somewhere else and hope they do better.

Bought a computer here that was 'open box' and supposedly certified by the Geek Squad or whatever. Broke down a couple of months out, and I had it checked: the motherboard is damaged and will need replacing. There's no way a competent check wouldn't have revealed that. Beware.

Great employees, but shoot I must have gone at a busy time to get a repair! I was there waiting in line for roughly 30 minutes. This was no one's fault, but I thought having an appointment would help to some degree. It did not.
