Chad and Creed were very helpful! My wait time was minimal. The process of switching my line took longer than expected, however both store reps were great when working with me and resolving my issues.

I received exceptional customer service from Creed today at the Huntington Mall AT&T location. He was professional, knowledgable and had the utmost in patience while handling my new phone activation. A pleasant experience during a stressful time with my phone issue. Noah also assisted with questions. Thank you AT&T for having employees who care!

Kyle Williams is the most kindest young man I’ve ever had to work with while upgrading our phone and iPad with your company. He was very knowledgeable of all devices and AT&T is so lucky to have him not only as an associate but also as a representative for AT&T!

Worst customer service!! Got hung up on for asking questions to get some help!!! Not all stores for AT&T is this way but the guy there today was very rude and hung up on me!

The most professional young lady that I have encountered in a real AT&T store. Not the phony store front contracted incompetent ones. (Elkview, W V).I'm still paying for an S22 ultra that was supposed to be free. Lost one one of my email accounts. Then want tell you that it is your fault. AT&T Customer about 20 years.The young lady that was so professional and courtesy is going on to big and better things. College, nursing school, full-time.Full scholarship. As for me , I am looking to change carriers and sue over false advertising, maybe a good class action. Certainly, I will file a complaint with the WV consumer affairs department. Will admit that the last AT&T consumer customer service representative was as professional and helpful as she could be. The bottom line was that AT&T was NOT going to budge !Time factor involved. AT&T was contacted to resolve this injustice on five(5)different occasions before time factors became an issue . Just activate smartwatch was told Bill would be lower. Lies, Damm Lies! More!

I got a new phone a few weeks ago and the sales guy (don't recall his name, but the one with the face piercings) said the family plan we were on is so old that it would save us a lot of money to switch to a different family plan. He quoted us numbers that sounded good, so we switched plans. Fast forward to the bill arriving and it's not even close to what he quoted us. After realizing undisclosed fees and additional services (like a monthly phone protection plan no one wanted) were added, we got those removed and now it's close to what we were previously paying, but not lower and definitely not as low as we were told before switching. Now they say we can't switch back to the old plan we were on because it's no longer offered.

The AT&T store rep, Krista, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and absolutely wonderful to work with. It was, without a doubt, the BEST experience we've ever had at the AT&T store....or really, ANY store, in recent memory.Thank you Krista and we'll be back soon to do Christmas shopping and we will be asking specifically for your assistance!!!

I had been to multiple stores, online chat with customer service and on the phone with customer representatives and not one could ever help me. Stopped at the Barboursville Mall store and Nicole O. helped me out. She knocked my problem out of the park and took care of the issue that no one else could take care of. I will definitely go back there from now on.

My husband and I had separate accounts and spent a couple weeks trying to switch his number to my plan. After talking with a couple of different AT&T representatives, we still couldn’t get the issue resolved. We visited the store again to see if we could fix the issue, but we came an hour before close due to it being the only time off together we had. Krista and Kyle were so helpful. They stayed late after closing to help us resolve the issue that a couple others couldn’t fix for us. They were both courteous and professional. We couldn’t have gotten everything switched if it weren’t for them. We are both so grateful for the extra help they gave us tonight! I would highly recommend seeking them out if you need any help.
