Management Stephanie cussed in front of customers and was disrespectful to staff in front of customers. Smoked a cigarette while customers waited store wasn't fire safe youboats where everywhere in Elise making it hard for some customers to reach items. Great cashiers especially young man

It is no surprise that this store has so much theft. They have installed a self checkout which is convenient. However, my visit today saw the 2 store clerks stocking items in the back of the store away from the register. The only option was the self checkout if you didn’t want to wait for a cashier to notice. The registers are surrounded by candy and gift card displays so anyone with a mind to steal can do it easily.

I am re-rating at 1 star because not only is their system behind but the people who work here now are not good at customer service anymore either. I am trying to keep my distance from people, no one was behind me in line and the cashiers friends were still standing by the register talking while she kept impatiently waving me forward. No ma'am, we have orders to stand 6 feet apart. The only good thing about her friend being in front of me in line was that she was able to get the cashiers attention who was standing out front talking to someone else. Social hour during social distancing... standing immediately in front of the front door. You risk your own health if you want, not mine. My life is not worth the risk of being around these negligent employees.

The newer Dollar General in Baker (unincorporated) has almost every basic need. Food. Frozen goods. General merchandise. Except fresh fruit and vegetables. As usual from all DG stores prices are excellent. All safety protocols are in place. Masks. Aisle arrows and social distancing.
