The clerks were rude ? & uneducated of the laws in place for people with disabilities . The ladies called us ignorant as soon as we walked in. They don't know the laws about service animals and was telling my wife she could not bring her service dog in the establishment while calling us (4 people) ignorant very rude we just wanted to get coffee, gas & mt dew. I will never again go here and this is the second time in Augusta West Virginia with rude ladies who are judgemental and rude ?. We called to get a managers number and was treated with the same rude uneducated ignorance when we stopped there. We called & they hung the phone up on my wife who was trying to get a number to call someone who is a manager

My mom and sister stopped to get gas from here. Another customer stopped around the same time. It was 8:14 pm and the sign shows they don’t close until 9:00 pm. The clerk locked the door and refused to allow anyone inside and said “we’re closed”. My sister showed that she had cash and needed to get gas and they still wouldn’t help. My mom pointed to sign and said it’s not even 9 o’clock yet. Even the other gentleman who stopped pointed out that it’s not 9 o’clock yet. Very disappointed in how they act. They don’t have to worry about us stopping there again. All the clerk is doing is making sure the business loses customers.

Rude clerks. Women in the deli coughing all over food in the deli section. Bought donuts, turned out to be mold all over the bottom. Site says closes at 10pm they close at 7pm. Would suggest buying from another store.

I was a newcomer in Augusta, WV and moved back here from a big city in Texas last year. And I am original from Romney, West Virginia. I asked a sales clerk for help. But she was very rude to me, twice. After I filled a gas up, I gave her cash politely. She never said, "Thank you" to me. And she had no class and had no good manners, either. So I never come back there, again.

waited way too long for drinks and food. sodas tasted watered down. food was good, except I only got 1 of my sides when my meal came with two.. but I didnt bother asking for it as we were already there for over an hour by the time we got our food. I asked for honey mustard and she gave me a packet of dressing that expired in April. Then asked for ketchup.. it too was expired in September. After we ate there were no employees in the building. I took the kids outside while my husband stood at the register waiting to pay until he finally went around the side of the building to try to find someone.. they were all outside. No one seemed to care that we were even there. Awful service and expired dressings.. definitely will not be going back!

I ate there last night, my food was Fantastic. Service was great. I love the mom and pop feel and the fall decor. I will defiantly be back and encurage others to do likewise!

Excellent food and service. Everyone there makes you feel right at home. If you haven’t tried this hidden gem it’s worth the drive to check it out. Remember to make a reservation during the seafood buffet because they fill up quickly.

We called 2 days in advance made reservations got there and they didn't save seating waited 20 minutes on drinks ask waiter why people waiting in line said kitchen couldn't keep up guess they don't understand all u can eat and besides shouldn't be on a buffet to begin with. People were waiting 20 minutes n or more and then didn't get there crab legs. When waitress said kitchen to small and staff couldn't keep up we were like u screwed up our reservation we waited 20 minutes f

My husband, son, and I were in the area on Saturday and stopped in. This was our first visit and won't be our last. The waitress was friendly and attentive, the restaurant was clean, the food was delicious and the prices very affordable. My husband and I both had the pork barbecue and agreed that it probably was the best we had ever eaten. My son ordered the clam strips and commented on how well they were cooked and not overdone like most other restaurants. If you're in the area, stop in and enjoy this gem! Keep up the great work, Rhonda and staff!
