“You have to have an appointment to go inside any of the Richmond U.S. Bank Branches. The wait times in the drive thru are longer than before with the inside closed to daily access. Many people send in more than one transaction at a time when their turn comes, businesses & personal accounts alike, which can also cause delays. Having your ID ready to send in with your transaction will help move things along faster. So many things have changed due to Covid-19. Let's all be gracious with the people coming out to work in the community to help keep things going.”
