Honestly, I have never been so disappointed in something. My boyfriend had a package delivered here, and it was put in a locker due to the bigger box size. The key to the locker was not put into the personal P.O. Box he has here, nor was he notified that his package was delivered. Go in to even see if the was delivered or not, but the woman helping us said someone had taken the package. We now have to contact the company on refunding for the package that we had no idea was even here. So, thank you. For wasting our time on something we never received, hope the person who did get the package was surprised. The negligence of the employees here is baffling.

Don’t have your packages delivered here, they will get lost. Guaranteed. I do not understand why it’s so difficult to put a package in the correct box. They never answer the phone, probably because the postmaster is tired of getting his a** chewed all day. Not to mention they keep putting other peoples mail in my box when I’ve specifically told them if it doesn’t have my name on it, I don’t want it!

Both of their mail carriers are lazy!! The guy bends all of our mail. He ruined invitations to a baby shower. Countless packages bent or folded. He is by far the worst of the two!The lady is lazy and folds everything. She also is slow takes her time. She will at least get off and bring a package to the door.Everyone knows nothing will change or happen!! Be better Zillah post office!!

They don't answer the phone..also my package was delivered to my newborn and said it's my problem..of course my newborn denied it and stole my package

Ok. I was totally ready to rip into these people when my mail wasn't delivered. Why didnt they just drive it up to my house? And the phone contact for them had a horrible estimated 50 minute wait time! Anyways, I walk in, and their customer service was amazing. They were so nice, and the delivery driver guy said that I just have a tiny mailbox and that he didn't know if my dogs would just rip up the package if he left it on my front porch. They totally would have! I appreciate everything these people do, and I had no idea that it took a whole day to deliver everyones mail everyday. Mad respect for these people!

Our package was returned to the post office and when we questioned why, the delivery person explained that our dogs were in the yard at the time of delivery and he was afraid they would destroy the package before we were able to get to it.

The mail carrier folded the diploma in half and shoved it in the mail box. The envelope was clearly marked DO NOT BEND - DIPLOMA ENCLOSED.
