The reason I'm giving this place a one star is mainly because of the manager Sofia,she is not reliable,she disrespectful to customers,she forgets to order stuff half the time like the pop that goes in the fountain machine,the fryer filters ECT,Sofia even parks her car where the gas pumps are every time she is working, I go here every morning to get some pizza pockets (Prego cravings) well there was none cooked because THE MANAGER SOFIA SAID THERE WASNT ANY! BUT SURE ENOUGH JESSICA WENT IN THE BACK AND PULLED THE POZZA POCKETS OUT OF THE FREZZER And cooks some for me and one day i overheard Sofia the manger asking a Jessica the assistant manager how to fax something now if you ask me a manger should automatically know that and not have to ask an assistant manager,I love going to this shell only when she is not working,in my opinion Sofia should not be a manger she's not good at it Jessica should be the manager not assistant manager and Sam should be the assistant manager, Sam ,Jessica& Robin are the best employees there! The so called manger Sofia really needs to get fired her employees are way better at their jobs than she ever will be, never had a problem with any of the employees,oh and yeah I went there one day and Sofia was talking to some dude about personal stuff with her mask off and the customer didn't even have a mask on! Took her forever to ring me up cause she was too bussy talking

I declined my purchase when Brook became rude. And when my son said "you have a bad attitude".She profiled him as a gang member when she said, " get your gang member ass out of here." My son is the farthest thing from being a gang member. But because she couldn't be professional and courteous she just kicked him out. The company has lost my regular stops at this business.

Jesus has the best customer service. He's always friendly and talkative. He is always willing to go above and beyond to check if they have items in stock, if not he will let you know when to expect the products in. The store is very well kept and clean when he is working.

I used to stop here often but they're constantly out of products (pop flavors in the fountains, cups) lately on the occasional stops, my family and I have made, we asked about pop being out in the fountain. Holly spoke to the other worker instead of responding to me, when she walked by me. Also there weren't any more of the bigger cups until I went up to pay. Another worker replaced the big cups. Holly smirked and in a very perky voice said "have a good day"

Went in with my wife and children to get a soda. My children had just gotten elotes and had them with them. The cashier Brook, rather than talk to me or their mother, immediately looked at my children and in a very aggressive and snotty tone told my children, "You had BETTER NOT drop any of that on MY floor! You brought in food from outside." My kids love going to the Shell to get drinks and food, but, I don't believe I will continue giving this place my business if she is going to continue to treat me and my family poorly. I will update this review once I talk with the managers.

Great experience and found an off brand energy drink to boot. Why not? You just can't beat that off the beaten path, yet not so far from out of town feel when you need a nice moment of clarity to tell what you're doing wrong in life. Only complaint was that the nacho cheese was out, the jalapeí±os were on the other side of the Nacho's and hotdog buns were stale. However I still found some peace in that shallow part of my night and felt good with the choices I made that day.
