Extremely rude staff. Four employees standing around talking and refusing to run the register. I asked if they were available to ring me up and one of them pointed to self check. If I wanted to use self check I wouldn't have waited by the register.

store opens at 8. I just seen a bunch of people walk in at 7:55. I drove by came back 20 minutes later and the doors were still locked. I've tried calling no answer. The week before the store was a mess stuff all over the floors and shelves were looking bare here and there and the workers are always walking in the back rooms so I can't get help with items behind the counter because they aren't there to grab what I want. Because they aren't at the register they make you use self check out. With this BS I might as well to TJ max or Walmart.

I went to the store and this lady was so rude idk How people can work at a store with such A bad attitude is not the way to treat clients you are supposed to help and use manners.

Placed an order online for the first time and 6 items were out of stock and no replacements were added. Online it did say they were in stock so I placed the pick up order. I also asked the cashier if their was an Ad that I could have and she said they did not have Ads?

I went to the Zillah store because they have the best prices on toliet paper. Well the cashier was the most helpful. She went above and beyond regarding a coupon and when I wasn't able to access it on my app she was able to find one in store for me to use. I really appreciate that every dollar counts and same goes for a discount.

I went into our local Dollar General today in Zillah Wa.I purchased a 6 pack of Busch light and the tag said$5.65 so I went to the register and when I looked at my receipt I was charged $6.00. After showing the error to the clerk he went and checked with his manager and he came back and said cause it was alcohol they could not price match. WHAT!!!!! I wasn't asking to pay the price of the store down the street. I wanted them to sell it to me for the price that was advertised. Where do they get these people from is this how they treat all there customers. They just lost me

I went and to look around and came out with some very delightful things you really must go and see for yourself.... Its got anything and everything enjoy my friends.... The workers there are very helpful but not annoying.

I looked forward to this store opening in Zillah, WA. I have shopped there several times since. However, I recently discovered that Dollar General is reportedly on the list of businesses that have cut ties with Mike Lindell and no longer marketing his pillows, in response to him being pro-Trump and speaking out against the election fraud. Therefore, I will no longer be shopping at this store. I will also spread the word in this conservative community.

Horrible customer service today. They said customers are only allowed one transaction per day. I was told on Friday that I could use two of the $5/25 coupons as long as they were separate coupons. Then today I went to do a transaction and the manager said I already did one transaction and can't do another. I called corporate and they said that is absolutely not true! Then I was being accused of using a different phone number. I have ONE number with them and that's it!
