Beautiful restoration of a 50 year old Solex 34pict3. Finally took the carb off the mantle and placed it on my wife's '72 convertible. The instructions that VolkzBitz included with the rebuilt Solex are the clearest I've ever seen. Car runs like a top! Thanks!

Best place for Volkswagen work by far. I travel from Doncaster but know people who travel a lot further to have work done by Stu. Top class 10/10. Saved me a fortune on misdiagnosed work from other garages.

Tim does a brilliant restoration. (So send him your core!) I am very pleased with the work he does. He replies to emails in his own time, so if you are a little impatient, just keep in mind there is up to an 8 week turn around, and he is plugging away. It's worth the wait.

Tim was AMAZING! Very responsive to my email enquiries and then following up as well. Also discussed whether or not a replacement was truly needed, rather than just selling me what I asked for, and offering his preferred items to address that. After explaining we are going to build a new engine soon and want to have one of his quality builds to transfer to it once done, he was very quick with providing a general time frame for us and put us on his list. Hands down a fantastic interaction so far, and based on what others have told me, it will only continue...

Ok, yeah this guy knows what he's doing and saying, I have a 1969 VW with the original engine a Duel carb. 1600 but the carburetors where Kadron carbs. they were about 300 bucks each, and they had a lot of wear and tare, kinda looked real bad, and then I take them to Tim and maybe, 2 weeks later I got them back and they didn't look ANYTHING like they did, I had to question myself whether these were the same ones. They were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, he's a Wizard with those Carburetors. THANK YOU.
