I've been with Verizon for 11 yrs and I'm done!!!! I went into yelm store the other day to get a little help with something on my phone, nothing major. I was asked if she could access my account, she looks at me and says that will be $40 to help you.
I just stared at her, and she says "well it's technically tech support". I just got up and walked out. So you're telling me not only are you upping the prices for your so-called insurance, but now you can't even help me with small things and I have to pay $40.00 for any kind of technical support. Well they just lost a loyal customer!!?
I don't care if this is a corporate thing or whatever, and I shouldn't be posting this on the yelm site, but I have never had a problem walking in there and them helping me with something small like this, that's good customer service for your existing customers!! Their coverage has gotten crappy, their prices are skyrocketed, and if you're not on a contract they eventually won't even update your phone any longer. I am now in the process of searching for a new carrier after 11 years.
